At Pacific NW Lighting, we specialize in custom-designed and professionally installed permanent outdoor lighting systems. Because each system is measured, fabricated, and installed specifically for your property, our refund and return policy differs from that of standard retail products.
Cancellation Rights
For qualifying sales made at your home or another location away from our regular place of business, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within three (3) business days of signing your agreement, as provided by applicable Oregon and Washington law. Any required cancellation instructions will be provided with your agreement.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve your installation date and secure materials for your project.
Deposits are fully refundable during any applicable cancellation period, provided materials have not been ordered or work has not begun. Once materials have been ordered, custom fabrication has begun, or installation services have commenced, deposits become non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.
Custom Products and Installations
Every Pacific NW Lighting system is custom designed for your home. Because materials are custom measured, cut, and installed specifically for your property:
- Custom materials and installed products are not eligible for return.
- Completed installations are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Requests to remove a completed lighting system do not qualify for a refund.
Changes and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Customer-requested changes, project delays, or installation rescheduling after materials have been ordered may result in additional charges and adjustments to installation dates.
Weather and Unforeseen Delays
For the safety of our customers and installers and to ensure the highest quality installation, projects may occasionally be postponed due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If this occurs, we will communicate promptly and work with you to reschedule your installation as soon as reasonably possible.
Product Issues and Warranty Service
We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. If you experience an issue covered under your applicable warranty, our team will inspect the system and, if necessary, repair or replace covered components in accordance with our warranty terms.
