Product and Workmanship Coverage
Permanent lighting systems installed by Pacific NW Lighting are backed by applicable manufacturer warranties and our installation workmanship guarantee. If a covered defect in materials or workmanship occurs during the applicable warranty period, we will inspect the system and, if necessary, repair or replace the affected components in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications;
- Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, or work performed by others;
- Power surges, lightning strikes, or utility-related issues;
- Damage resulting from severe weather, flooding, fire, or other acts of nature;
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the operation of the system;
- Normal wear and tear.
