By purchasing products or services from Pacific NW Lighting, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Estimates and Installation Dates
All proposals and installation dates are estimates and are subject to change based on weather conditions, material availability, permitting requirements, site conditions, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Deposits and Materials
A deposit may be required to reserve an installation date and secure project materials. Once materials have been ordered, custom fabrication has begun, or installation services have commenced, deposits may become non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.
Custom Installations
Permanent lighting systems are custom designed and installed specifically for each property. Custom-cut materials and installed products are non-returnable and non-refundable except as otherwise required by law.
Changes and Rescheduling
Customer-requested changes to products, colors, placement, schedules, or project scope may result in additional charges and adjustments to pricing and installation timelines.
Customer-requested delays or rescheduling after materials have been ordered may result in additional fees.
Site Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and installation areas on the scheduled installation date. Additional charges may apply if the site is not ready for installation or additional trips are required.
Weather and Force Majeure
Pacific NW Lighting reserves the right to postpone or reschedule projects due to weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, permit delays, utility interruptions, natural disasters, labor shortages, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Financing
Projects financed through third-party providers remain subject to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pacific NW Lighting’s liability is limited to the amounts paid by the customer for the affected products or services. Pacific NW Lighting shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the installation is performed.
